300 Fun and Inspiring patches covering a HUGE range of sound categories!! I never thought I’d write about a situation like this but here it goes – this library was created by a student of mine. And I’ve never met him! LOL Around May/June of 2015, an amateur synth programmer/musician named Allen Polley contacted me via Facebook to let me know he had created a bunch of patches and wanted to give them away for free. He told me that 90% of what he has learned is from the (now 100) free video tutorials I post on YouTube (search “thepluginguru”)! Allen created these patches from scratch and after playing a bunch of them, I said to myself “Hey, these are pretty good!”

On top of all this….. Allen programed ALL OF THESE PATCHES with headphones and a computer keyboard to play the notes in Omnisphere 2. Which makes this library all the more intriguing to me because there is NO WAY I could make patches even close to as creative as these are without a keyboard! But he did and now you have these patches to explore and be inspired with. I will add that I did spend approximately 4 days going thru and finalizing the patches. They were not 100% up to PlugInGuru specifications in some cases…. But the BONES were solid for making patches and with a little added work to them, they are now totally ready to be released!

What I personally really like with this library is the huge variety in almost every category – especially the 39 Effect, 20 Drum and 27 Texture patches since those are categories I don’t have a lot of patches for in my existing libraries that I sell. So all-in-all, there are sure to be lots of surprises when you go thru these patches. This library also showcases how flexible, deep and powerful Omnisphere 2 is… So ENJOY and as always, thank you for your support!
