This is the very first time that we’ve ever sampled an acoustic steel string guitar body.
Again, in the demos, we used the cheapest steel string guitar available (65$) with a built-in piezo pickup to show you how good these IR’s are.
You get 18 world class impulses of this vintage Ovation Custom Legend Acoustic Guitar (Mono/Stereo) (Dry/Wet)
We used 2 Vintage Neumann Microphones (U47FET & CMV 563/M7) and API 312 Mic Preamps and printed them on tape to capture the best image of this Ovation guitar.
We also managed to capture that natural round irony chorusy acoustic sound of the Ovation Custom Legend.
Just with one IR, it transforms the cheap sounding acoustic guitar into a vintage Ovation, the Piezo sound into Mics placed in front of you.
