Lpmasters proudly welcome the very talented Italian DJ/Producer Aki Bergen to our Artist Series with a brand new exciting collection of vintage hardware driven sounds and loops for producers of everything from House, Techno, Deep and Electronica.
Aki Bergen – Analogue House and Electronica is an eclectic collection of full bodied ear candy sourced from vintage and classic hardware instruments by the likes of Roland, Access, Waldorf, Moog and many more, carefully processed through modern day, high end recording equipment to reproduce every nuance and intricate detail from each highly sought machine.
This collection is oozing with true vintage grit with the type of sonic character only found when using the “real deal” instruments and dropping these loops and sounds into your Electronic productions will help to add a rich organic feel typically found on tracks that helped to shape the Dance music scene we know today.
Aki Bergen’s first passion for music came aged 14 during the early 90s as the rising Techno movement reached the European shores. Immersing himself in every release he could get his hands on, it wasn’t long before Aki was DJing successful nights across Europe.
Aki’s Career really took off when Andrea Prezioso spotted the young talent and became his mentor, this led onto his first release “Tell Me Why” in 1997 under the name Neuroxyde and by 2007 he was awarded a Silver Disk in France with 140,000+ singles sold.
International success came after starting his own label Starlight Music with collaborations from artist such as Dubfire, D.O.N.S. and Shara Nelson of Massive Attack to name but a few and has since gone on to launch the successful Nerotraxx label.?Now Producing under the moniker Aki Bergen focusing on slightly Deeper productions Aki has grown a huge international following and achieved high charting releases and has worked with the likes of Danni Minogue, Ralphi Rosario, Milton Jackson, Miguel Migs, Pezzner and many more.
“When making this pack I wanted to offer producers the same thrill I experienced when I first started using hardware synths and drum machines, I would spend hours teasing intricate unheard original sounds from now legendry synths such as my Roland Sh101, Access Virus, Waldorf Pulse and Q, Minimoog, Roland JP8000 etc . I approached the creation with a completely open mind and dug deep into my vintage gear looking for those hard to find sometimes quirky sonic elements that always add a wonderful organic sound to your productions you cannot recreate with software.”
