Just a simple theme i made to change the colours to ones i prefer personally based on the dark theme and thought i would share it if anyone else is into it and bored of the same old look.
Seems to make me feel more creative so if it helps you then go for it.
First time i done it so i am no pro but thought someone might like it so yeah there ya go 
Just place the OTR-Dark.ask file in the Themes folder in C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 10 Suite\Resources\Themes
Then go to options – preferences and select the look/feel tab.
Not sure where it is on Mac or if it works on there but should do?
