It began raining for the first time in a while so I decided to go outside and record this.
This is a sample pack I’ve made composed of nine different rain recordings.
Is your music lacking in ambience? The soothing sound of rain could help lull your listeners into a valuable sense of peace and serenity, before the beat begins to play, or you could use the sounds to heighten the sense of atmosphere in a loud climactic battle scene if you want a dramatic ‘epic’ feel in your music. No matter what though; if the sounds don’t work out for you, you could always use them as a potentially invaluable relaxation tool for a good nights sleep!
