Ares is a collection of 100 cinematic synth patches for Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2. Inspired by the incredible scores of Cliff Martinez – from Drive and Contagion, to Only God Forgivesand The Foreigner, this library focuses on high octane electronics designed for hybrid scores.
With a focus on fast-paced action scores, Ares makes use of Omnisphere’s extensive collection of distortion effects, lush delays and vast array of filters to create a range of hard-hitting modern sequences, ripping percussion, thundering basses and tense textures. This sound set will help you to craft high impact cues perfect for scoring those dramatic moments.
These patches have been carefully crafted to make implementing them in your scores as easy as possible. Each of these sounds comes with the mod wheel routed, and the Orb is pre-mapped in the 50+ sequences and a number of the other patches. This makes creating variation and movement within your cues as easy as possible.
This collection requires Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2 in order to work.
