You have to install AISO4all and hold down ‘N’ on boot to select that and then change it later to your interface. It’s a total nightmare and is an actual error in Pro Tools. Avid fixed it in later updates. So basically, this PT12.5 is a really bad version fullstop! AudioUTOPIA! should have used a different version rather than PT12.5,
