I have been a hardcore guitar nerd since 1994 and what you would call an ‘audio guy’ since 2011.
My primary audio output has been through my YouTube Channel Riffs, Beards & Gear but I am also guitarist and songwriter for Rest, Repose, a producer, audio engineer and Artist Rep for Joey Sturgis Tones plugins. Lots of irons in the fire, lots of diversity and lots of artistic avenues.
I have exclusively recorded and made a living using Log Pro since 2011. It was there when I was just barely crawling on my own, and it was there to track mine and many others bands’ albums when the time came.
My hope is that anyone can jump into this Fast Track and be able to learn the fundamentals of Logic Pro well enough to be comfortable with the DAW after completing it. This will not cover everything under the hood, as this course would likely be three times the length! However, it is a great starting point and should help you decide if Logic Pro is the DAW for you.
So close out Audacity, Garageband and all those other training wheel DAWs, and lets get into some real shit, shall we?
