When I first demoed this cab with it’s matching amp, I was not only impressed, I was blown away to the point of buying the cab. It’s got the chug you love, scoop, power and nice sizzle bite in the highs we’ve all come to love with these cabs / speakers. It doesn’t sound like any I’ve heard or currently own. Thicker lows than Sheffield ® 1200 speakers in older 4×12’s, and more scoop than Greenbacks ®. It’s a cool gem. There’s a reason it’s the first solo cab pack I am releasing…. it’s one of my favorite.
Tight and punchy lows without becoming boomy, while retaining enough mids and ALL of the high end bite and sizzle you could ask for. This will be one of your favorite to play … and will likely land in your mixes.
17 Mics – Meticulously captured to give the feeling and sound of sitting in front of the actual cabinet. All the lows, all the bite, definitely the chug.
5 mic positions per mic – Starting at the cap center, and moving out towards the edge in 4 more positions, these cover all the mix / flavors one needs when mixing or moving the mic around, without giving too many choices resulting in option paralysis. This are ideal “sweet spot” choices.
Mixes – Blends of mics for quick pick and riff or mix!
Sample rates – 44.1khz, 48khz, 96khz, 192khz packs, all in 24 bit.
