Mounted the .bin file with DAEMON Tools but WIN 10 can’t see inside the folder.

  Okay-I have it figured out: the Roland “Cloud” JV-1080 reads the patches straight from the .bin file. No un-mounting needed.

  The .bin file should be loaded into the JV-1080 plugin as is, no mounting needed.
