This collection of grooves and fills comes from the Metal Machinery SDX and features one of England’s and possibly the world’s most extreme metal drummers: Nick Barker. With his history in the top flight of the European black metal scene as a permanent member in bands like Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir and Old Man’s Child, Nick has been pummeling out grind, blast, and skank beats for the better part of two decades. And with a seldom accuracy at that.
In this MIDI pack, Nick dove into his back catalogue, picked a number of highlights and used them as starting points to come up with all-new, creative renditions. Expect anything from maddening 250 BPM grind to classic skank beats and the heaviest of tom grooves. And of course, a constant battering of the bass drums.
