When I click or right click on the keygen as instructed it says the file cannot be opened.

The error when I go to view contents and open the terminal executable is
/Volumes/Initial\ Audio\ Sektor\ Keygen/Initial\ Audio\ Sektor\ Keygen.app/Contents/MacOS/keygen ; exit;
