SuperWave Collection for Novation Summit
Presets | 230 Kb
4 Months in the making, and finally available. MajorOSC delivers a new patch collection of outstanding presets for Summit owners to reach new heights of musicality and creativity.. Much like its predecessor “ShockWave,” released in 2019 for the Peak, “SuperWave” serves as a stunning tour-de-force of musicality, expression, and creative sound design. SuperWave is built from the ground up to take full advantage of the Summit’s capabilities, including the new user waveforms!
Owners of the Novation Peak and Summit know firsthand how easy it is to get amazing results with little to no effort. In other words, the sweet spot on Summit is a mile wide; In fact, its arguably one of the most sweet-spot-centric, easy to program synthesizers to have come out in the past 20 years. Good as that may be, it actually presented MajorOSC with a big challenge; How do you approach an easy-to-program, effortlessly beautiful sounding synthesizer, and create a patch collection that stands apart from everything else currently on the market? Turns out the answer was simple…
Double Down, and Double Up
MajorOSC doubled down on research, on experimentation, on the amount of time play-testing and perfecting each patch. Then MajorOSC doubled UP on the patch count; 1 complete bank of 128 single presets, and 1 complete bank of 128 Multi’s. That’s 256 Presets in total (unless you’re counting the Multi’s as 2 patches each, then its 384!). And not to worry, the one thing that did not double was the price
256 Patches; 1 bank of Singles, 1 Bank of Multi’s
Lush analog plucks, pads, bass, and leads
Sleek, smooth, ear-pleasing digital wavetable-based presets of all styles
High energy distortion-driven bass leads with tempo-sync’d expression assignments
10 “Stock” MajorOSC-designated Wavetables to load into Summit to be used with SuperWave (although this is not required, as the majority of presets rely upon the 50+ stock wavetables)
